“Most people don’t know how poorly they feel until they start to feel better.”
I have spent the last 10 years refining my treatment process and techniques to truly help my patients reach long term lasting benefits. Although stretching, exercise, and manual techniques make up a vast majority of helping people with acute pain and movement loss, there are many other factors that may need to be addressed to help with chronic pain and ailments. My goal is not to just address the symptoms but to get to the underlying cause that is keeping the body unbalanced.
I treat the head, shoulders, knees, toes, and everything in between. I have a passion for working with clients that have chronic pain issues, and headaches treating headaches is a specialty of mine. By digging deeper into a person's history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle, we can make profound changes in that person's life that other practitioners have failed to make in the past.
When the workday is over, you will find me coaching one of my sons’ sports teams, “tinkering” in the garage, at our family cabin enjoying the summer, and cheering for the Vikings.
