Physical Therapy
$140-300 per session — Dr. Josh is contracted with most Health Partners, Cigna, Aetna, Preferred One, BCBS, Optum, Medica, and Medicare plans to provide physical therapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. He provides hands-on manual therapies including dry needling, cupping, and massage, as appropriate.
12-week Health rEBOOT
$2750 — The Health Reboot is a unique and personalized 12-week program for individuals who are motivated for change. Dr. Josh and Gina team up to treat the whole person: physical health, mental health, and social-emotional wellness.
Post-masters MA/MS/LAMFT Supervision
$150 per hour-indiv., $75 per hour-dyad, $50 per hour-group — Gina is a MN MFT Board Approved Supervisor. Supervision sessions with her include guidance and counsel related to, but not limited to, the following: therapeutic skills, professional development, private practice planning, ethical guidance, and case consultation.
Food Sensitivity Testing
$450 — Food Sensitivity Testing includes a comprehensive panel of 184 foods as well as a consultation with Dr. Josh.
DNA Testing
$419 — DNA Testing provides detailed information about how your genes impact your health as well as specific-to-you lifestyle and nutrition recommendations. This also includes a consultation with Dr. Josh.
Individual/family COunseling
$195 for 55-minute initial session, $160 (individual) and $175 (family/couples) for 50-minute follow-up sessions — Therapists at Gusto work with clients ages 10 and up. We treat our clients from a systemic lens, and utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and other techniques. We are currently in-network with most Health Partners, Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS plans for mental health therapy, and we can provide an itemized statement for clients to submit to all other insurance companies for reimbursement.
Private practice coaching/mentoring
$150 per hour — Gina offers virtual and in-person mentoring and coaching for therapists in all different stages of private practice, from those just thinking about starting up to those wanting to grow their group practices.
