Taylor Miller, MS, MA, LAMFT

Psychotherapist

Taylor sees clients in-person in Albertville and via telehealth. She is currently keeping a waitlist for new clients.

“Every time we ask a question, we’re generating a possible version of a life.”

I take a person-centered approach rooted in the belief that all parts of ourselves are adaptive and well-intentioned. I believe that each person is doing the best they can with what they know and will work together with clients to explore the stories, beliefs, experiences, and patterns that play a role in how we view ourselves and our relationships. Within this exploration, new story lines and opportunities to do something different may be discovered and implemented into our lives to create change.

I most often integrate concepts from narrative, structural, and internal family systems into my therapeutic work. I have previous experience working with adolescent youth and their families, and have a special interest in working with children, teens, parents, couples, and families. My clinical areas of interest include anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and identity exploration.
