Gusto Integrative Therapies is family-owned. My husband, Josh Cadwallader, and I (Gina Cadwallader) are passionate about whole-person wellness. Josh is the best Physical Therapist around, and he has over 10 years of experience working with a large spectrum of patients. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, and licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for the past five. Josh has been in private practice in Albertville since 2016 (Orthopedic & Spine Therapy) and I have been in a group practice in the area for about 2 years.
We both love what we do, and we feel that we are generally very effective with the people we treat. However, there are those outliers that, no matter what we do and how hard they work, just don’t get better like we expect. Being helpers and healers, Josh and I began to research ways to help those clients get further in their healing. We decided to learn about diet, nutrition, and lifestyle, and how those affect our body’s ability to heal itself and to function optimally. We believe, and always have, that the whole person must be healthy to live a high quality life. In graduate school, the concept of holism was the basis of what I learned about people. Holism is the idea that the whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts. When applied to our practice at Gusto, this means that we want to provide care for one’s physical, mental, nutritional, and social-emotional well-being. Treating one of these things is good, great even, but what we are looking for are exceptional results that create lifelong change. Gusto is our way to reach out to our community and serve it’s whole-person needs.
We Cadwalladers could not be more excited about joining forces as Gusto Integrative Therapies. We hope you reach out via email, phone, or on one of our social media platforms. Please check out our website for more info and watch this site for new blog posts.
Wishing you all peace, love, happiness, and the health to enjoy it.
